About Me

IT Business
Development Director
who gets things done

I connect, engage, inspire and thrive when challenged. Working across Fortune 500 corporations, nimble startups, and international consultancies has given me a rare ability to operate at any altitude — from board-level strategy to hands-on delivery. I love working with people and supporting their growth.

I've worked across Central and Eastern Europe, Western Europe, and North America. I worked with different disciplines, from senior architects, lead engineers, automated testers, business analysts to juniors. Cross-cultural fluency is both a professional tool and a personal strength. Today I'm expanding my data analytics toolkit and building AI agents — because the future belongs to those who combine commercial depth with technical curiosity.

"I crave self-development. I bring success."

Fortune 500

Disney & EPAM Enterprise Delivery

Established Disney's Budapest development center and scaled EPAM's automotive embedded software practice across 100+ engineers.

At The Walt Disney Company, I built Disney's Budapest development center from inception — hiring and leading 60 staff, managing operations and project rollouts, reporting to the UK VP and US SVP of Disney Online. I launched digital products across 8 CEE and Emerging Market countries, growing traffic by over 300% in six months through product optimisation and market analysis.

At EPAM Systems, I led market entry into the automotive embedded software sector. I managed cross-functional teams of 100+ engineers across distributed geographies, grew the Bosch-ETAS account by 20% YoY, and expanded across ThyssenKrupp Presta, GE Healthcare, and INNIO. Revenue scaled from $3M to $8M through disciplined delivery and strategic account management.

Success Stories

From Game Founder to Global Executive

Founded Digital Reality in 1996 — building an internationally recognised game studio with worldwide publishing deals and original IP still celebrated today.

I founded Digital Reality in 1996 — building an internationally recognised game development company from zero, leading product management, sales, design, and contract negotiations. The company secured publishing contracts with GT Interactive, ATARI, Activision, and CDV. Original IP Imperium Galactica I & II achieved worldwide distribution and retains an active fanbase to this day. Hollywood IP deliveries included the Platoon movie tie-in game.

I later served as an independent startup advisor, successfully preparing Aprosef.hu for acquisition and negotiating the sale to Japanese investor Cookpad. Every chapter of my career has required building something meaningful from scratch and delivering commercial outcomes across diverse business environments.

Why should I work with you?
B
Because I am not a generalist who happens to know a little marketing — I am built with unique features, such as "Competitors" which stores your rivals' websites and ad creatives, and I factor that context into every strategic conversation and creative review.

Passion

Travel & Culture

Cross-cultural curiosity is both a professional strength and a personal passion — sharpening the mind and widening empathy.

I've worked and lived across Central and Eastern Europe, Western Europe, and North America — but travel for me goes far beyond the professional. Experiencing new cultures, languages, and ways of thinking is something I actively seek out. It has made me a better communicator, a more empathetic leader, and a sharper strategic thinker.

Whether it's a weekend in a new city or a deeper cultural immersion, I return from every trip with renewed perspective. Cross-cultural agility is not just a skill I practise at work — it's a mindset I live by.

14+ Years

Photography

Over 14 years behind the lens — portraits, travel, cities and landscapes. Nikon D750 and a bag full of lenses always close by.

Photography has been a serious passion of mine for over 14 years. I shoot with a Nikon D750 and carry a full bag of lenses wherever I travel — wide-angle for cityscapes and landscapes, prime lenses for portraits, and everything in between.

My favourite subjects are people — portrait photography lets me connect with individuals in a genuine, wordless way. I also love capturing the character of cities and the stillness of natural landscapes. I share my photos regularly with friends and family, and photography has become one of the most consistent creative outlets in my life alongside the professional work.

Since 2020

Kettlebell Training

Diligently training with kettlebells every week since 2020 — building strength, discipline, and consistency one session at a time.

Since 2020 I've been committed to a regular kettlebell training routine — training every week without fail. What started as a practical workout option during lockdown became a discipline I genuinely enjoy and rely on.

Kettlebell training suits my mindset: it's efficient, functional, and rewards consistency over time. The same principles I apply to business — showing up, staying focused, and trusting the process — apply here too. It keeps me sharp, energised, and ready to operate at full capacity.

Since 2025

Salsa Dancing

Attending Salsa dance classes since 2025 — a new challenge that brings rhythm, connection, and joy outside the boardroom.

In 2025 I started attending Salsa dance classes — and it has quickly become one of the most enjoyable new challenges I've taken on in years. Salsa is about listening, leading, connecting with a partner, and staying present in the moment.

There's something deeply satisfying about being a complete beginner at something again. It builds humility, sharpens focus, and is genuinely fun. The social aspect of Salsa also resonates with how I approach work — connecting with people, reading the room, and moving together toward a shared outcome.
